Big Gretch Visits The Yarn!

January 26, 2025 by Colby Sharp   Leave a Comment

COLBY: When I saw that my governor had a young adult version of her book, I thought two things.

  1. I need to read True Gretch Young Readers Edition
  2. Is there any chance we could have her on The Yarn?

Reading the book was pretty intense for this Michigander. I knew about all the wild things that have happened in our state the last handful of years, but thinking about them through the lens of a governor was wild. Getting a chance to chat with Governor Whitmer about the book was pretty darn cool. I hope you enjoy our conversation!
