I won Donnalynn Millers 1st book and have met her and Terri Lesene. They have been an inspiration and my classroom library competes with our school library for books that kids read. I also teach middle school ELAR and own all of Donalynn’s and Terri’s books. My passion for reading has helped me and my students through a tough 2 years and will continue thanks to these two who confirmed that students should have instilled in them the love of reading. This will be my 49th year of teaching and my 36th in ELAR and these two women are the wind beneath my wings.
